In April 2015 ADC purchased a mixed use development site located within the historic west-end of Fremantle, in walking proximity to the Fremantle Train Station, Arthur Head Reserve, Bathers Beach and Fremantle Harbour. The approved scheme that has been developed for the project comprises the retention of the ground floor façade and construction of a new 4 level, predominantly residential apartment building over the balance of the property.

The proposed design comprises a mixed-use development of twenty two (22) one and two bedroom apartments and approximately fifty (50) square metres of commercial floor space with a projected end value of $13 million.
