RUIN BAR, NORTHBRIDGE_

In June 2016 ADC_ acquired the former Kenny Buildings located on the corner of Newcastle and Beaufort Streets in Northbridge. 

The high profile heritage building is situated on a 914 sqm site located opposite Weld Park, within the rapidly evolving dining, entertainment and cultural precinct.

The ownership consortium put together by ADC_ includes a high profile, local hospitality operator. Collectively, ADC_ and the team received approval for an exciting food and beverage and hotel accommodation offer for this precinct that will deliver a unique experience for both travellers and the local community. The concept has been endorsed by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, the City of Perth, and the State Heritage Office.

In January 2022, ADC_ completed the first stage of the works being the complete heritage refurbishment and fit out to create the new Ruinbar, a Berlin inspired beer bar. The opening of the Ruinbar was followed by the highly anticipated arrival of Pretty Good Pizza in August 2022. This new addition not only provides patrons of the bar with a food outlet, but also offers inner city residents a convenient local pizza takeaway option.
