11 FREEMAN LOOP, NORTH FREMANTLE_

11 Freeman Loop is another of ADC_’s latest exciting projects, located at the heart of the Leighton Beach precinct in North Fremantle.  

 ADC_ proposes to deliver a very unique opportunity for the community by providing apartment accommodation with short stay optionality through the design of both conventional and dual key apartments. This will allow apartment owners the ultimate flexibility to either live in their apartment, rent it out long-term, or rent it out short-term in the short stay rental market. 

ADC_ has recently submitted a planning application for the site in November 2020, with a beautifully designed building to reflect the rich history of North Fremantle and Leighton’s industrial roots.

The site is just a short stroll from Leighton Beach, the Swan River and North Fremantle train station, together with a growing range of food and beverage options in the surrounding precinct. With this in mind, the 11 Freeman Loop project stands to be at the core of a quickly rising coastal hub.
