DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL RECEIVED.

In July 2023, ADC_ settled the acquisition of our latest apartment site and lodgement of our development application with Development WA.

The Property is located within the Australian Fine China Precinct of Development WA’s Subi Centro Project Area and is the last development opportunity within the precinct.

The project includes 31 luxury apartments with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom residences as well as a ground floor cafe. The complex also includes a rooftop garden with BBQ facilities, and a guest house apartment residents can utilise for guests.

Apartment presales are scheduled for launch in early 2024.

LAUNCHED SPRING 2023

Maylands has been named one of five of the best suburbs in Perth by the Property Council of WA for a “Transit Orientated Development” (TOD), a planning approach that focuses on creating walkable communities centred around transport nodes with efficient public transportation systems.

ADC_ identified this potential back in 2019 and acquired the former Lyric Theatre building on Eighth Avenue and has obtained development approval for a unique mix of food and beverage and retail spaces, along with a generous new pocket park and residential living on six upper floors.
